Housing and Meals

Student Housing:

Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine (MSOM) is building state of the art residential housing right on campus.  The apartments will be fully furnished and will include the option of one bedroom or two-bedroom units. All units come with high speed internet and all utilities included in the cost of rent. It is truly turnkey housing, allowing you to focus all of your energy on your studies. 

All MSOM students will be expected to be residential students while enrolled, with exceptions available for students living with family in the area or other circumstances that make on-campus housing less than ideal. 

All residential students will be required to sign a 12-month housing agreement on a yearly basis. A housing deposit will be required at the time of initial signing. The housing cost will be billed to the student’s account each semester which would be financial aid applicable.

 

Meritus Meal Options:

Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine (MSOM) will have a cafeteria for students to utilize throughout the day.  While not an ‘all you can eat’ facility, there will be a variety of food options available.  Optional meal plans will be available for purchase.  Selected meal plans will be billed to the student’s account each semester which would be financial aid applicable.
